Maruti e Vitara Alpha variant price briefly leaks on Nexa website
The Maruti e Vitara’s top Alpha variant appeared online at Rs 24.79 lakh before being quickly removed, hinting at the SUV’s expected pricing.
It has been over two months since the unveiling of the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara, and official pricing is still awaited. However, a brief listing on the Nexa configurator appears to have revealed what the top-spec variant could cost.
The e Vitara Alpha 61 was momentarily shown at Rs 24.79 lakh (ex-showroom) before being taken down, suggesting the figure may have been uploaded prematurely. While Maruti Suzuki has not confirmed the number, the listing offers an early indication of where the electric SUV might sit in the market.
The e Vitara will be offered in Delta, Zeta and Alpha trims with two battery options — 49 kWh and 61 kWh — delivering a claimed range of up to 543 km. Lower variants will use a single electric motor producing 142 BHP and 193 Nm, while the larger battery version will generate 172 BHP.
Feature highlights include a 10.1-inch touchscreen, 10.25-inch digital cluster, ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera and Level 2 ADAS, positioning the e Vitara as a tech-heavy entrant in the midsize EV segment.
