BMW iX1 - Detailed Review

Pros
Competitive pricing for a luxury EV — one of the most affordable BMW EVs in India. Spacious cabin and improved rear legroom due to the long wheelbase design. Comfortable ride quality suited to Indian roads. Practical electric range (~531 km claimed / ~400 km real-world) on a single charge. Smooth and refined electric powertrain with adequate performance for daily driving. Good build quality and premium interior materials. Modern features like panoramic glass roof, curved display, dual-zone climate, and connectivity tech.
Cons
Performance is subdued compared to dual-motor versions (slower 0-100 km/h and less punch). Some key comfort features (like seat heating/ventilation, massaging seats) are absent. Feature list not as extensive as some rivals in EV segment. Real-world range can be lower than claimed depending on speed/conditions. Ground clearance is modest for rough rural roads.
